poor attituderestaurant crumbs
the hotel's location is convenient for the airport. however my check-in at 0300 was appalling because a staff member had a poor attitude. as a vegetarian i asked the chef to cook an omelette. the restaurant floor was covered in crumbs left by previous guests. staff training seems necessary.

I appreciated the quick access to the airport terminal. It was only a short walk across the road. The room was clean and well kept. I also used the fitness center. It had a good selection of equipment including treadmills and free weights.

the bed in my king Guest Room was acceptable.
The staff was unhelpful. It was they could not resolve a simple mistake with my reservation for that day. i spoke with the reception team regarding a change but they acted in a very disrespectful manner. the reservation department disappointed me by refusing any form of flexibility. i would not advise anyone to choose this hotel.
